The Hero's adventure begins when he receives a call to action, such as a direct threat to his safety, his family, his way of life or to the peace of the community in which he lives.

 

It may not be as dramatic as a gunshot, but simply a realization or to many doughnuts but whatever the call is, and however it manifests itself, it ultimately disrupts the comfort of the Hero's Ordinary World and presents a challenge or quest that must be undertaken.

Warm-up

We are starting off today with a full body warm up that consists of cat cow, bear hold shoulder tap, half wipers, marching glute bridge, reverse lunge to high knee, 5-sec squat hold, skater hops

 

Workout

Tabata - 8 rounds - We work 20 sec and rest 10
Tabata 1- Bear hold shoulder taps and Alt v-ups
Tabata 2- Sit ups and Leg raises

 

Cooldown

Join our free 10 min guided stretch. We stretch 50 sec and rest 10 sec

1. Single arm neck stretch

2. Chest stretch

3. Neck stretch

4. Overhead tricep stretch

5. Cross arm stretch

6. Abdominal stretch
