Day 1: Hero's Journey
Are you ready to make a change?
All heroes have to start somewhere, so we have put together a 30 day journey to get you ready for your Hero transformation!
This is where the Hero's exists before his present story begins, oblivious of the adventures to come.
As a first step to get you ready we have prepared 3 guided video workouts followed by how to videos!
We will be starting today's workout with a 5 min warm up!
This warm up consists of 5 exercises, push-ups, alternating split squats, air squats, windmill and high knees.
Up next we are getting you moving with flutter kicks, kneeling push-ups, mountain climbers, burpees, squat jacks and quick feet.
To cooldown we will be doing a 10 min stretch.
